The baby's heart beat sounds great! Loud and Fast, just like it is supposed to be.
We had our second appointment with our midwife on Tuesday, and it was short and sweet. We heard the heartbeat and found out that my family physicians office has probably lost all of my initial blood work - the tests that they take about a gallon of blood for! Which means I will probably have to go and get it done all over again. I really do enjoy being a pin cushion.
We have also booked our 18 week ultrasound which will tell of if its a boy or a girl. March 27 is the magic date, and we are both stoked about it! We will also be having our next midwife appointment on the same day, so there should be lots to talk about then.
